  • Analyzing invoices and matching them with PO´s
  • Purchasing of facilities itens
  • Long-term agrement negotiation
  • Prospecting new subcontractors in Brazil
  • Purchasing of service and material
  • PR project Protheus
  • Obtaining documentation for supplier onboarding (NDA/preparation of SOW/registration forms and Serasa)
  • Supporting quotes, bids, and requests from the pre-sales area
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in related area
  • Advanced English
  • Availability to work in person in Barueri, SP
