Our team is responsible for the technical support of Digital Supply solutions, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) products. We are driven by a desire to provide customers outstanding technical support and an effortless experience in issue resolution. What you’ll do:

Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.

Analyze complex, real world, unique problems, often working in production environments.

Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
-
Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
-
Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.

Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!

Participate in global projects around support processes
-
Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, remote learning sessions, classroom training and coaching.

Help to ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.
What you bring:

University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas
-
Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.)

Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred

Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)

Problem-solving/analytical skills
-
Strong time management skills
-
Flexible approach to working in teams and hybrid environments

Fluent in English
