Service Desk Operator (Strasbourg)

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a Service Desk or similar support role
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools and incident management systems
  • Strong user-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification (preferred)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
  • Knowledge of additional EU official languages is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly and empathetically conveying information to users
  • Ability to follow and apply documented procedures and protocols effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for quick and accurate issue assessment and escalation when needed
  • Ability to manage the full incident life cycle, from recording to resolution and closure
  • The role is based in Strasbourg, and the candidate must either reside in Strasbourg or have an interest in relocating, with availability to work onsite 5 days a week
