What You Will Do

• Marketing Strategy expertise: responsible for strategy and execution of Selfcare brands LATAM, focus on Health Care Porfessional journey. Lead brand business and increase results.

• Analytical Skills: brand results analysis/business projections. Generate actionable insights, and create reports to track brand performance and identify opportunities. Experience with prescription data will be a difference.

• Communication: collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Lead and implement strategic and executional plans, national and regional. Active interaction with filed force team.

• Events: responsible for the strategy and leadership of scientific, technical and promotional activities with HCPs, such as congresses,meetings, journeys and others.

• Forecast: year and monthly planning of materials, sampling, originals and full promotional grid.

• Compliance: be owner of approvals and follow local policies of HCP business.

• Budget control.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Administration or a related field, or relevant certification or experience.

• Experience in Marketing, with a focus on Health Care Professional.

• Proven Experience with Brand Plan, strategy and executional.

• Practical knowledge in HCP Businesss Model, modernizing and implementing new ways of building brand credentials.

• Hands on experience with monthly promotional cycle for field force team.

• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven business decisions. Prescription and sell out database experience.

• Travel availability.

• Advanced English

• Strong communication Skills

• Strategical thinking

• Analytics (prescription base, market and others)
