Sr. Quality EvaluatorJob Description
The Quality Evaluator role is responsible for supporting the monitoring and evaluating the quality of inbound and/or outbound calls and other customer contact methods (e.g. email, chat) for accuracy and adherence to established quality standards. As an output of assessing quality standards, provide insight to customers to contribute to program performance improvements.Atividades:
- Monitorar o atendimento para avaliar o nível de Qualidade – As monitorias podem ocorrer em vários canais (telefone, chat, email...);
- Analisar oportunidades de melhoria para o cliente contratante;
- Analisar oportunidades de melhoria no atendimento prestado para gerar insumos para ações de Treinamento;
- Analisar pesquisas de satisfação;
- Conduzir reuniões de calibração;
- Gerar reports sobre as atividades realizadas;
- Participar de reuniões com o cliente e a gestão operacional, quando necessário;
- Montar apresentações semanais sobre seu trabalho e resultados analisados;
- Atender clientes e trabalhar em casos semanalmente.
