Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. Who can speak good English as he/she will be dealing with clients outside Brazil which includes Salt Lake City and France. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM as well as domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain and Medical Devices.

Timings would be a from morning 11 am to 8 pm Brazil time
Certifications Required
SAP SD Certification Certification in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and configure SAP SD solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes and configurations.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SD solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process flow.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status and progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a relevant certification in SAP SD.
- Be proficient in system testing and validation techniques.
- Have experience in training and supporting end-users.
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
