The Life of our Hospitality Team:

• Work collaboratively with the entire Hospitality Team to ensure excellent service
• Create a five-diamond fine dining service by providing exemplary table service to all Terrace guests
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Mission Hill wines and menu offerings
• Complete duties including cleaning, polishing tasks, table maintenance, and general organization of property
• Clear and set tables as per fine dining standards, polish glassware and silverware, and prepare for guest service
• Ensure service areas and equipment are kept organized, clean, and safe
• Responsible for greeting guests, answering customer inquiries, and conducting sales and experiences
