Westwood Honda has an opening for a full-time Van - Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities
As a Acquisitions Manager, your responsibilities will include: coordinating Buy In Appointments each day, meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets; approaching, greeting, and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the showroom with the intention of selling a vehicle; assisting customers in coordinating appointments; performing a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable vehicle valuation presentation and completing necessary paperwork to complete the sale and facilitate any necessary payments to the client. You will overcome objections, close acquisitions, and perform all other steps of the acquisitions process in accordance with company standards as well as build a strong rapport with customers. You will report to the Used Car Director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis and attend/complete training as required. You will also be responsible for adhering to the VSA (Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of BC) Code of Ethics and the costs associated with attaining and maintaining your VSA license. Additional duties will be assigned by the Used Car Director or General Sales Manager as required.
Salary
$65000-85000 per year
Position Requirements

Previous sales experience
Excellent customer service skills; always striving to exceed customer expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs/Sheets.
Comfortable working with technology and learning and using our custom apps and electronic vehicle management systems.
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
Valid BC Drivers’ License with acceptable driving record.
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Valid BC VSA License is an asset
Auto sales or Honda experience is an asset
