POSITION SUMMARY:
Mas Tec Canada is currently accepting resumes from Grande Prairie and surrounding areas, for the following positions:

• Journeyman Pipefitters
• Apprentice Pipefitters

Anticipated start date to be in September 2024 . There is a potential for longer term work pending successful future project award.
Preference will be given to candidates LOCAL to Grande Prairie and surrounding areas.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous work experience on pipeline riser and barrel installation and testing would be an asset
• K 60 sleeve ticket
• First Aid
• H2S Alive
• CSO

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for promoting and living out Mas Tec Canada’s 6 Core Values
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Safety Tickets
• Ability to identify and report hazards
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Effective attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules
