Job Duties

• Verify hardware and accessories required for each finished assembly through the use of blue prints and bills of material
• Retrieve and or fabricate the accessories required for each assembly
• Assemble enclosures covers, accessories and kits as specified by the drawing
• Perform quality inspections on enclosures
• Prepare skids of finished goods for shipment utilizing standard shipping materials and practices
• Complete purchase requisitions to maintain sufficient inventory of components
• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of assembly experience
• Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints an asset
• Experience using material handling equipment an asset (forklift, overhead crane, pallet jack)
• Ability to operate power tools
• Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle material
• Excellent reliability and attendance habits with ability to work independently
