Qualifications
· 3-5 years of experience with online product merchandising
· Solutions-oriented with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Detail oriented and focused on quality
· Proven analytical skills, able to transform data into insights and actions.
· Ideal candidate will have experience with: o Web analytics tools such as Adobe analytics, Google analytics, Content square o Microsoft Office tools o Project management tools (Jira & confluence, Wrike, Planner) · Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of diverse requests, priorities, and tasks
· A strong, creative problem solver who is self-motivated and tenacious when tackling tough issues
· A team player with energy and enthusiasm and a high tolerance for change
