Automotive Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in helping customers find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our dealership.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and prospects to ensure ongoing communication.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and dealership goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Experience
  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
  • A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs and building rapport.
  • Familiarity with negotiation techniques to facilitate successful sales transactions.

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
