Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is required.
• Food Safety certification is an asset and preferred.
• Must be a fast learner, reliable, and highly adaptable to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to collaboration.
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with customers to create a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their bakery purchases.
• Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring the register balances at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Use your food handling skills to package and serve bakery items.
• Upsell bakery products to enhance the customer experience.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
