- Generate sales by contacting leads and/ prospects and market our products and services
- Complete all follow-up calls within the designated time frames and build relationships with key customers
- Efficient processing of orders, including ensuring all required customer documentation is received and that customers are set-up in a timely manner
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Update leads, opportunities and contact information in our CRM and
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to close; with continued follow up to support the adoption of our application and minimize cancellation risk
- Close new business consistently at or above quota
- Discuss credit terms, quote prices, prepare sales orders, funnel reports and other forms
- Be a brand enthusiast for our products and represent the company in a professional manner
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
- Bring your ideas and strategies to advance our company’s vision for the future
- Actively participate in regular goal setting and team building sessions
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required
- Other duties as may be assigned by the company
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in sales and working within a collaborative team
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) would be an asset
- Exceptional closing skills and a proven track record of exceeding targets
- A go-getter mentality who will find unique ways of engaging the prospect
- A natural ability to build rapport with team members, customers, and prospects
- Efficient multi-tasking skills who can quickly adapt to situations in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
