The key functions of the successful candidate include (this is not meant to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities):

• Reconcile accounts
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records
• Establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized systems

Their skills will include:

• Working knowledge with Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• Good organizational skills
• Accuracy with numbers and with filing documents
• Being a team player and able to follow direction
• Ability to work well under deadline pressures
