Overview
PMR is looking to add members to our Budget and Contract Department. The Budget and Contract Team is responsible for a wide variety of clinical trial budget duties in support of the department’s administrative tasks.
Responsibilities shall include negotiating budgets and programming payment sheets. Other duties, relevant to the position, will be assigned as required.
PMR requires someone with impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills. Someone who thrives working with Excel, loves numbers, budgeting, and completing repetitive tasks with a willingness to learn scientific meanings, procedures, and processes. Candidates must be assertive, steady, and cooperative, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A 4-year degree or a college diploma in business, science background, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ administrative and Excel work experience required
  • Highly Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge ( Excel , Word, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Docu Sign and PDF software
  • Handle and prepare all aspects of confidential and sensitive documents
  • Enjoys working on repetitive administrative and Excel tasks
  • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working with numbers and budgeting
  • Willingness to learn scientific meanings, procedures, and processes
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning
Responsibilities and Duties will include but are not limited to
  • Review and negotiate budgets from the start of a study
  • Review and negotiate budget amendments
  • Program and adjust Excel documents for budget amendments
  • Maintain a list of active studies for payments, and completion of spreadsheets
  • Prioritizing new studies to be negotiated and programmed on Excel
  • Answering programming, budget, and invoicing questions as required
  • Create and program Excel Tracking Logs and corresponding Payment Sheets
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Repetitive daily tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
