Mary Jane's has been the #1 Retail Cannabis Store in Toronto for two years straight (starting a month and a half after opening). Our flagship store is the #3 Store in ON/Canada. Our secret sauce? We are independent and we respect people who put their whole hearts into their work - just like us.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail customer service (Minimum 1 year)
  • Passionate about cannabis and accessory product knowledge (willingness to learn)
  • Active listener (we pride ourselves on meeting our customer needs)
  • Ability to create outstanding customer experiences with each interaction
  • Energetic with a drive to meet individual performance and sales goals
  • Demonstrated dependability with high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
  • Excellcent verbal communication
  • Consistently maintains customer loyalty and deliver strong retail KPI's
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Open to feedback and coaching
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
