A Busser’s responsibilities include:

• Setup, take down and continued cleanliness of the Busser station
• Clearing and setting of tables to meet the highest standards of organization and cleanliness
• Meticulous care in ensuring the restaurant is clean, tidy and organized including careful care of table alignment
• Act as a liaison to the dishwashing team to ensure supply levels are maintained throughout the shift
• Act as a liaison to the host team to ensure tables are setup for guest needs and are ready in time for reservations
• Conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times
