NOW HIRING: Car Rental Assistant
LOCATION: Centennial Carstar in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week.
WAGES: $16-$19 per hour + benefits. (Negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extremely strong customer service and phone skills required
• Exceptional written, verbal and computer skills
• Must be reliable and show initiative
• Professional personal presentation
• Applicant must be organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quotes to customers and book car rental reservations
• Help maintain the organization of the rental fleet
• Assisting customers throughout the entire rental process
• Work with other locations to prevent scheduling conflicts
• Answer and directing phone calls appropriately
• Take and relay messages if necessary
• Greet everyone in a professional, helpful and timely manner
• Scheduling customer appointments/ updating clients
• Helping in the wash bay when needed
• Shuttle clients and park cars when needed
• Filing invoices
