We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our properties in Toronto, ON. This position would require you to work four weekdays each week and every second weekend.

The Opportunity
Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities of Cleaners
  • Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
  • Preparing apartments for new residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents

Requirements of Assistant Resident Managers
  • Cleaning experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Ability to work some weekend shifts
