Overview:
As a Cleaner at Mainstreet Equity Corporation, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our residential multi-family properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and washing of floors in entrances and laundry rooms.
- Collect and dispose of garbage both inside and outside buildings.
- Vacuum hallways, including carpeting, area rugs, hardwood, and vinyl floors.
- Shampoo carpets and rugs as needed.
- Clean appliances thoroughly inside, outside, and behind.
- Dust furniture, clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces.
- Sanitize toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Disinfect kitchens, mop floors, polish fixtures and appliances.
- Complete any other cleaning duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Class 7 holders are not eligible).
- Reliable transportation for work purposes.
- Successful completion of a security clearance.
- Strong communication skills.
