Employment Details:
As an independent contractor of Scrubly, you'll play a crucial role in our team. We will connect you with cleaning opportunities in your preferred area(s) of the GTHA. We offer a flexible schedule – weekdays or weekends, the hours of work depend on you. Please note, we do require a minimum number of jobs are accepted each week.
Services:
Majority of jobs will be residential home cleaning; however, some office cleaning jobs may also be available. Tasks include, but are not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen cleaning (including inside fridge and oven), bathroom scrubbing, loading dishwasher, bed making, and more.
Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Proficiency in English
• Hospitality mindset prioritizing excellent customer service
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively
• Attention to detail ensuring thorough cleaning
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and occasional heavy lifting
• Must have reliable access to a vehicle
• Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products
• Must have general liability insurance or be willing to become insured before beginning work with Scrubly.

Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Please note, this is an estimated range – pay will vary as contractors are paid on a per-job basis.
Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of paid cleaning experience (required)
• Customer service experience is an asset, but not required
