Qualifications:
1) Must have 10 plus years of Master Cam programming experience to toolpath for three axis, three +two axes and five-axis milling (3D).
2) Must have expertise to use wireless probing to integrate inspection on CNC machines (HAAS UMC-750) using wireless and touch probes.
3) Must be able to assist in automating 5-axis tool pathing processes/dynamic toolpath using template and other Mastercam tools.
4) Efficient in setup and running CNC machines to produce machine components in tight tolerances.
5) Knowledge in different cutting tools, fixture designing would be an asset.
6) Must be able to understand blueprint and GD&T and troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.
7) Having a technical diploma/ license in the trade would be an asset
8) Able to efficiently toolpath for steel, aluminum, polyurethane and other metals to effectively produce tight tolerances for high-quality parts.
9) Must possess organizational skills and follow procedure while continuing to improve processes.
10) Familiarity with ISO 9001
