Experienced Labourer/ Safety Administrator

2. Job Description:
· Labourer duties will include but not limited to helping and support the cutting and coring operator in a safe and efficient manner.
· Must have valid drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle.
· Loading and unloading of equipment
· Safety watch
· Demolition – removing of rubble and debris on construction site
· Cleaning of equipment and sites
· Must be physically fit and able to lift to 50 lbs
· Hours are based on a 10-hour day
· Labourers will gain knowledge through our mentoring program with the operators, which will allow them to become operators themselves.
· Safety Administrator – Will have construction safety administration experience
· Will be collecting /monitoring safety paperwork
· AB. Occupational health & Safety Legislation Awareness, Principals Health and Safety Mgmt., Leadership of safety Excellence, Construction safety administration, an asset
· Be involved with developing safety policies and procedures, investigate and identify risks, recommend and implement solutions to current safety issues, review and update documents related to safety.
3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
· Must pass pre-employment testing including drug and alcohol testing.
· Walser has a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol
· Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, as there is no bus service.
· CSTS2020
· Must have 2 + years experience in construction.
· Standard First Aid, Fall Protection and Elevated Work Platform tickets an asset.

Pay: $200.00-$300.00 per day
