Join Kellanova Canada as a Technical Analyst (12 Month Contract) . In this role, you will be designing, building, testing, implementing, maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure and operations in accordance with security policies and guidelines. This role will involve collaboration with our global IT team and provide opportunities to manage key projects to support the Canadian business. You will have the opportunity to support our Canadian Headquarters, our sales representatives across the country, our warehouse partners as well as work with IT employees globally.This is a hybrid position located in our Canada HQ in Mississauga.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Systems Design and Development – Develops, builds and tests solutions for infrastructure systems to meet business requirement and functional specifications. Installs, configures, and tests client technology systems.

Vendor Management – Monitors services provided by vendors to ensure service levels meet requirements. Consistently working with vendors to manage ongoing work and resolve problems.

Business and Technical Requirements – Ensures completion of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design and implementation of system business solutions. Assists in determining infrastructure systems specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.

Work Planning - Participates in short- and long-term project planning efforts with team members, clients and other IT groups. Develop work plan timelines and manages workflows to meet project timeframes.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Post-Secondary education in Programming/Systems, IT Infrastructure, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

Configuring and Supporting of the following:
Network Switches, Servers, Wireless Controllers, VM Ware, Active Directory, Meeting Room equipment, Warehouse RF equipment

PC, servers, mobile devices, tablets, printers, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows/Windows Server, IT Security

Experience supporting complex hardware and servers.

Excellent problem solving, time management, and project management skills.

Ability to engage in & manage multiple projects in a fast-paced changing environment.
