Our client, a leading service and installation organization is looking to hire Millwrights/Mechanical Installers/Mechanical Assemblers/Aircraft Assemblers/Welders on a project basis. This is a day shift role offering excellent working experience. In this position, you will learn how to install and assemble mechanical equipment. This is a role in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities:

• Must be safety oriented.
• Ability to perform mechanical assembly of equipment and mechanical systems such as conveyors.
• Machinery troubleshooting
• Layout principles
• Accurately Blueprint reading.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge and experience with machine tools
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, as heavy lifting is required.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Assembler, Aircraft Assembler, Tool and Die Maker, Welder and other mechanical trades are all considered.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be Available to Start Immediately
• Valid Power Elevated Work Platform license
• Valid Working at Heights
