Position: Counter Sales Associate
Reporting to: Sales Centre Manager
Location: Calgary North, Alberta
Carrier Enterprise Canada is currently accepting internal and external applications for the position of Counter Sales Associate. CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for a Counter Sales Associate in our Sales Centre branch in Calgary North Alberta.
The Opportunity

• Provide top quality service to our customers
• Handle customer calls and inquiries
• Quote prices to customers
• Process customer orders over the counter and telephone
• Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
• Merchandise and inventory maintenance
• Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving

What You Offer

• Front counter or inside sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented
• Computer literate
• Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
