Wage range is $25.75-$26.75 per hour. Wages may be scaled with relevant education/experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the counter area
• Train staff on company procedures, policies and safety
• Establish work schedules and procedures for staff
• Prepare the branch for inventory count
• Plan and oversee logistics operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Essential:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of counter sales experience, ideally in a similar industry
• Familiar with industry and/or products
• Completion of Grade 12
• Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum
