The Crew Foreman is responsible for ensuring all work is done in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining quality Standard Operating Procedures for each activity. They must work closely with Vineyard Managers to ensure the crews are organized to complete required tasks and ensuring safety between crew and machinery activities.
Accountabilities & Impact:

• Ensure the Crew Lead and Vineyard Workers are clear on required work each day.
• Ensure all vineyard work is complete to the quality levels desired by Vineyard Manager.
• Ensure all PPE is present at the beginning of each day.
• Plan ahead to ensure crews have all tools necessary for their next activity.
• Ensure all crew vehicles are in good working order.
• Ensure all TFW housing is clean and well kept.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

• Ability to work long hours when required
• Experience as Equipment Foreman an asset.
• Able to communicate clearly
• Ability to teach and to listen well.
• Able to speak a second language an asset
• Planning and organizational skills
• Class 4 license
