Job Summary
The Cytotechnologist is a team player who contributes to the organizational goal of shockingly excellent patient care by performing technical and professional functions in Cytology. He/she role models both professional and organizational competencies.
Qualifications

• Certified M.L.T. (Cytology)
• Four years’ experience in non-gyne, preferably in hospital environment
• Experience with liquid-based cytology prep and screening
• Experience in cytology prep
• Member in good standing with CMLTO (College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario)
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated problem assessment skills
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Demonstrated individual leadership skills
