• Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives within the distribution sector.
• Leads improvement through root cause analysis of process and performance to achieve improvements in operational effectiveness, efficiencies, and cost reduction.
• Manage complex process improvement projects and deliver productivity targets.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to identify and implement quality process improvements, find process interactions and dependencies, and develop key performance indicators.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution projects.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to OH&S Act, legislation through SOPs and daily ops (tasks).
• Provide mentorship and problem solving to key stakeholders, through collaboration, ensuring open communication and resulting in smooth transition during periods of change.
• Proven leadership skills through past supervisory experience required.

• Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Management.
• 5-10 years of Management experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Effective organizational and communication skills, outcome focused analytical thinker always striving for continuous improvement.
• Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills and comfortable taking calculated risks.
• Creative and bold, with the ability to navigate an ever-changing environment and make decisions that enhance Home Hardware's supply chain.
• Work with all organizational levels to identify and implement quality process improvements, uncover process interactions and dependencies, and establish key performance indicators.
• Excellent computer skills, along with strong written and verbal communication.
