Overview
We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations efficiently and safely.
Duties

• Transport goods and materials between locations
• Sourcing materials and supplies from local vendors and stores like Home Depot.
• Transporting materials, tools, and equipment to job sites across Toronto.
• Load and unload cargo from the vehicle
• Ensure all items are securely packed and labeled
• Assisting with kitchen and bath renovations, installations, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred
• Must have a valid Full G license.
• Minimum 2 years of residency in Canada.
• Familiarity with Toronto neighborhoods and localities.
• Experience as a handyman or with general repairs is a plus.
• Knowledge of home improvement stores like Home Depot is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
• Proficient in heavy lifting techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with warehouse operations
• Experience in moving or logistics industry is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
