The Dry Cleaning Customer Service & Operations Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences at our dry cleaning facility. This position involves greeting customers warmly, handling clothing intake and processing, and organizing orders for pickup. You will be responsible for tagging, sorting, and bagging items, answering customer inquiries about the cleaning process, and accurately managing item pricing. In addition, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll need to adapt quickly to changing priorities, efficiently handling unexpected tasks related to garment care and service. This role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Role and responsibilities

• Friendly, front-desk presence with the ability to accurately recall prices and confidently answer customer questions about cleaning processes.
• Clothing intake and processing; Manage clothing intake by sorting, tagging, and bagging items efficiently throughout the day.
• Inspect garments thoroughly for stains, damages, or special care instructions, ensuring quality handling throughout the cleaning process.
• Prepare and neatly package customer orders for easy and efficient pickup, ensuring all items are correctly organized and ready for collection.

• Extensive training period. Training will be completed in several functional areas of the business
• Understanding different customer needs and how our dry cleaning process works
• Gaining familiarity with garment care tags, materials, and appropriate cleaning processes for different fabrics.
• Understanding how to press and spot clean different clothing items

*Required: Minimum one year of dry cleaning or related experience

Pay: $17.20-$22.21 per hour
