Events & Experiences Representative

What you’ll do:
- Support set up for events and experiences;
-
Deliver and execute a variety of events and experiences;
- Game Day Season Seat Member and Group Experiences;
- Game day and non-gameday field rentals;
- Liaise between our Ticket Sales team and customers;
- Deliver exceptional customer service to attending guests;
- Inform guests of event details, answering any questions that may arise.
- Professionalism;
- Highly organized and attentive to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- The ability to provide excellent customer service;
- The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities;
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays;
- Need to be available for all REDBLACKS home games;
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
Located at Lansdowne Park, the TD Place is part of the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) of companies, and is the largest and most varied sports and entertainment complex in the city. We operate the Ottawa REDBLACKs and Ottawa 67’s, and host live entertainment events and other professional sports tenants including the Ottawa Blackjacks, Atlético Ottawa, and the new Professional Women’s Hockey League.
