Established in 1999, Empack Spraytech Inc. is a leading aerosol manufacturer, liquid filler, and custom contract packager. Located in Brampton, Empack manufactures products for a wide range of markets including personal care, household goods, automotive, computer care, industrial and outdoors. We offer private label programs and produce a range of products under our house brands that include emzone, zytec Germ Buster, and Sun Zone.
Schedule: Monday to Friday Afternoon, may be required to work during weekends when needed.
Shift: Day Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
What you will do:

• Clean offices and designated facility areas (Dust furniture, vacuum carpet, and area rugs, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.)
• Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Clean the cafeteria, including the food preparation area, freezers, coolers, and storage areas. Remove Garbage and recycling materials as needed. Maintain coffee brewers as required.
• Deep cleaning of all areas in the building and warehouse as per given schedule including sweeping, mopping, washing walls, stairs, scrubbing using cleaning equipment.
• Expected to use the floor scrubbing equipment for 2 hours daily, preferably at the end of the shift
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Clean and disinfect laboratory equipment.
• Notify management of damages or needs for repairs.
• Fill out cleaning and maintenance checklists at the end of every shift.
• Other duties as required.

What you will need to be successful:

• Previous experience working in a depot, distribution center, customer fulfillment center, manufacturing, or other industrial based industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow schedules and keep commitments
• Ability to operate different cleaning equipment
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Follow safety rules and precautions.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Additional Nice to Haves

• Previous exposure to Health Canada, GMP or ISO related environments
