Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles.
Duties
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data
- Manage cash flow and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations
Experience
Required Skills:
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficiency in technical accounting
- Experience with cash management
- Knowledge of account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in financial management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
