We're looking for Call center agents to handle customer calls, addressing issues efficiently with empathy and understanding, assist on getting payments on current accounts.
Please note, this role will require you to work on site.

Your Role:

• Assist customers by providing solutions to their financial concerns.
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Negotiate payments and manage payment plans on one or multiple Credit Cards.
• Submit reversals for late fees, interest and left over balance applications to the credit department with recommendations for approval or rejection; or approve or reject applicants within authorized limits ensuring that credit stands of the institution are respected.
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your scheduled work hours.

Who You Are:

• Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
• Motivated by success, personal growth, and excellent service delivery.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English

Flexible Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8h00am to 9h00pm
Saturday: 8h00am to 5h00pm
