We're looking for you to join our team as a Partner Administrative Assistant, ENR in Toronto, ON.


As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to partners, senior managers, managers, and client service teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, preparing, editing, and proofreading various documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports while ensuring adherence to risk management and branding guidelines. You will independently manage partners' calendars and contact databases to optimize their time, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, including organizing necessary materials. You will also assist in the proposal process, collaborating with the proposal team and coordinator, and help prepare and submit time and expense reports for the supported partners.

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Administration or a similar field OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
