Job Description
A Day in the Life:
PRT is currently recruiting a seasonal Forest Nursery Workers to assist with the summer harvest of forest seedings. Most of the work is done in a greenhouse with duties focused on forest seedling lift. This engaging, high paced, physical position offers a safe work environment and an opportunity for a career that will make a positive change in the world. Candidates should have a desire and keenness to learn about the seed orchard activities, work independently and efficiently. No experience required; full training provided.
About the team:
The Nursery Worker will work alongside other nursery workers under the supervision of the Nursery Lead and report to the Nursery Manager.

Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Reliable transportation
• Appropriate work attire
• Good manual dexterity and eyesight
• Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
• Commitment to quality and safety
