You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or distribution centers in Western Canada (Lethbridge, AB or Taber, AB). Your role will be to lead a team of frontline employees within Production, Maintenance, Traffic or Warehouse, including motivating the team, problem solving issues, and removing barriers to help maximize results every day.
