Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers upon entering the store.
- Manage phone calls, take orders, and handle customer inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings and events.
- Handle administrative documentation and maintain records.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store operates efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns to enhance their satisfaction.
- Support management in daily tasks and projects.
- Higher or secondary professional education.
- Experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers.
- Proficiency in English and/or French at a high level.
- Knowledge of office software (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective time management.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Friendly demeanor, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
