We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business divisions.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate with external accountants for year-end audits and tax preparation.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally handling multiple businesses.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the home improvement or related industries is preferred.
Software Proficiency:
- Must have Quick Books Pro Desktop experience.
- Familiarity with Jobber and Hub Spot CRM is a strong asset.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
