We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business divisions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with external accountants for year-end audits and tax preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally handling multiple businesses.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the home improvement or related industries is preferred.

Software Proficiency:
- Must have Quick Books Pro Desktop experience.
- Familiarity with Jobber and Hub Spot CRM is a strong asset.
