The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining corporate micro-applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications ensuring seamless integration with Azure SQL MI based back-end systems. The incumbent will play a key role in the development team, focusing on both front-end and back-end systems to support business applications and ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standards.

The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining corporate micro-applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications ensuring seamless integration with Azure SQL MI based back-end systems. The incumbent will play a key role in the development team, focusing on both front-end and back-end systems to support business applications and ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and ASP.NET Core for back-end development.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core to support both front-end and mobile applications.
- Create dynamic and engaging user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries on Azure SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI) and SQL Servers.
- Ensure seamless integration of web applications with Azure SQL MI, focusing on performance, security, and scalability, implementing security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and data encryption.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain web applications and services in Azure Cloud, ensuring optimal resource usage, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment, participating in two-week sprints to deliver features and projects on time.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design for a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot database-related issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Write robust, scalable, and secure back-end code that adheres to industry best practices and design patterns.
- Implement modern authentication and authorization layers using protocols such as OAuth and JWT to ensure secure data access.
- Work closely with project managers, QA analysts, data engineers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions for current and future projects.
- Develop unit tests and integration tests, ensuring code quality through automated testing practices to maintain reliability and minimize bugs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer software science or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with proven experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance, including database design, stored procedure development, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with Azure cloud services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with server-side languages such as C#, Python, or Node.js. Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Strong expertise in Azure SQL MI, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Extensive experience with Dev Ops practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
- Understanding of web application security principles, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements.
- Places emphasis on client satisfaction and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members and other staff.
- Demonstrated ability for creativity and innovative problem solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities.
