Job Duties:

• Operating a Garbage or Recycle truck
• Responsible for various types of residential curbside pickup
• Garbage, yard waste, organics and recycling
• Daily pre-and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Provide friendly and reliable service, completing daily routes as assigned
• Perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbs, from the ground into the hopper
• Collect and deliver to local transfer stations and landfills

Requirements:

• DZ license required
• 1 Year of DZ or AZ truck driving experience required
• CVOR and Drivers Abstract
• Waste industry experience is an asset
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Must have CSA approved steel-toed work boots above the ankle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
