Front Desk Associate/Night Audit:
Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. If you are friendly, motivated with good customer’s skills, we would like to hear from you.
Front Desk Associate will be required to provide guests with exceptional customer’s services in person and over the phone. You will assist guests with warm welcome and by providing information about the hotel, hotel amenities, local area information, answering any inquiries, handling guest requests and resolving issues.
Responsibilities: (Night Shift)
Run audit reports on the system.
Ensure that all transactions and payments are posted and entered accurate
Make room reservation. Greet the guest in professional way.
Check in and check out the guest. Prepare daily housekeeping reports. Handle cash, credit card & debit card. Handle guest request.
Solve guest problem. Assist guest with local area information.
Make room reservations. Room block with special requests.
Prepares guest Keys and key jackets. Check all credit cards.
Clean lobby, breakfast and reception area. Help with Breakfast.
Email guests for declined credit cards
Verify accuracy of transactions and completing daily revenue audits.
Oversees and participates in prompt and courteous handling of all guests as necessary including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, telephone and personal inquiries.
Show high sense of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
Qualification:
01 year customer services experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with numbers.
Comfortable using computer i.e. Microsoft office
Motivated or hard working with exceptional guest service skills.
Able to work night shift mostly (11 pm - 7:00 am)
Able to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Own reliable transportation.
Status: Must be resident of Canada – living in Canada and eligibility to work in Canada.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.75-$18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
