Reporting to the Director, HR, responsible for targeted recruitment sourcing and identifying perfect-fit candidates within BFG’s Construction/Electrical Services and Professional IT Services job openings, while contacting and maintaining a pipeline of carefully selected both passive and active candidates for current and future BFG’s new and emerging business staff requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and timeframes to fill positions.
• Develop and implement proactive and innovative recruitment strategies
• Identify and compile ideal candidate profiles for the specific roles, with the suitable and specific preferred industry experience from competitive firms
• Conduct proactive outreach targeted measures and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future business requirements
• Tailor job advertisements for individuals who meet the identified criteria
• Contact identified candidates directly, convince them to participate in recruitment process, engage with candidates through professional channels and maintain constant contact for anticipated and time sensitive staff needs
• Promote open positions and attract targeted candidates via job postings and hiring events.
• Interview selected candidates and handpicked candidates to hiring managers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Headhunter in both the Electrical Construction and IT Professional Services industries.
• Thorough understanding of corporate recruitment processes, combined with applying ethical and best industry practices.
• Relationship builder, Sound judgement, Tact, Diplomatic and Discretion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High volume recruitment experience
• Planful, Attentive to detail, Constant follow-up
• Strong Organizational skills with proven ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
