Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and timeframes to fill positions.
- Develop and implement proactive and innovative recruitment strategies
- Identify and compile ideal candidate profiles for the specific roles, with the suitable and specific preferred industry experience from competitive firms
- Conduct proactive outreach targeted measures and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future business requirements
- Tailor job advertisements for individuals who meet the identified criteria
- Contact identified candidates directly, convince them to participate in recruitment process, engage with candidates through professional channels and maintain constant contact for anticipated and time sensitive staff needs
- Promote open positions and attract targeted candidates via job postings and hiring events.
- Interview selected candidates and handpicked candidates to hiring managers
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Headhunter in both the Electrical Construction and IT Professional Services industries.
- Thorough understanding of corporate recruitment processes, combined with applying ethical and best industry practices.
- Relationship builder, Sound judgement, Tact, Diplomatic and Discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High volume recruitment experience
- Planful, Attentive to detail, Constant follow-up
- Strong Organizational skills with proven ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
