As part of our Heart at Home program, you will be crucial in assisting with home health care services for clients, ensuring they receive personalized and efficient care in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medication to your assigned routes.
- Occasionally assist with medication packaging and ensure timely delivery to clients' homes.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
- Shifts are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, five days a week.
- *Must be available to work every third weekend.*
Qualifications:
- A healthcare background, with experience in pharmacy or customer service, is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Alayacare software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
