Position Summary: The snow groomer operator is responsible for operating groomer equipment and using techniques to maintain the snow/hill conditions to the highest of standards for our guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Operating the groomer to push snow and till the hills for the next day's operation.
Inspecting the equipment regularly at the start of each shift.
Fix fallen over fencing or padding on the hill as needed.
Working with the snowmaking team to make sure snow is being made correctly.
Working efficiently to ensure that grooming is being completed by 8:00 am each morning.
Reporting any equipment issues to the onsite mechanic.
Reporting any ski condition issues to appropriate leadership and Ski Patrol.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in operating equipment and snow grooming.
Must have valid driver’s license in good standing
Must be able to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work outdoors in cold conditions.
