Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various communication channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and identifying potential solutions.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
• Track and report sales activities and results to management.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and other performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Proficient in Quick Books software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand and articulate our product attributes and uniqueness to customer.
• Ability to travel to Trade Shows in Canada and US marketplaces.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Purposeful mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a wholesale sales environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
