- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Accurately enter and adjust stock levels in Avron’s ERP system as soon as discrepancies or changes are identified.

- Run audits to ensure the accuracy of the physical inventory and ERP system records.
- Generate detailed inventory reports on stock counts, discrepancies, and system adjustments.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to produce audit reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Experience: 3-5 years in an inventory management role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Forklift License: Must hold a valid forklift certification with substantial experience operating forklifts.
- ERP Experience: Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in managing inventory counts, data entry, and resolving discrepancies.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift to 50lbs, operate a forklift, and work night shifts consistently.
